10th Edition of CTL – BHP 2018 facilitate stimulating interaction, wide-ranging expo, learning opportunity & focused networking

CTL & BHP 2018 Conference and Expo lived up to its reputation as India’s biggest cargo and logistics show, with the best of speakers and panelists, leading exhibitors, erudite delegates and keen visitors from India and abroad gracing the 10th edition of the event on January 23 and 24, 2018 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (East), Mumbai, India.

The facts speak for themselves: Nearly 50 speakers from India & overseas, over 500 conference delegates; over 100 exhibitors and over 4,500 exhibition visitors made their presence felt at this Exim India event over the two days. Besides, there was representation from the Ministries of India, Germany and Latvia, participation from over 14 countries, and support from the Indian Ministry of Shipping, Indian Ports Association as well as leading trade organisations. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr Pradeep Trimbak Rawat, Chairman, National Shipping Board, in the presence of a host of dignitaries from India and abroad.

Partnering Exim India in the expo is transport logistic, one of the leading global exhibitions. One of the highlights was the sheer quality of the speakers and panelists at the conference, who expounded on the multifarious aspects of cargo and logistics across seven topical sessions. They were incisive, perceptive and knowledgeable of the current state of the sector, the things being done right, the shortcomings and the future needs.

This popular Exim India mega cargo show has received the endorsement and support of the Union Ministry of Shipping.

The expo saw impressive footfalls, with visitors also getting the opportunity to participate in Lucky Draws on both days and win exciting prizes

The sheer number of overall participants meant that there were excellent networking opportunities, which was especially availed of by the large number of attendees at the networking cocktails and dinner held at The Lalit at day one.

The event not only witnessed great networking opportunities but also many fruitful business deals were generated. In true sense CTL-BHP 2018 emerged as a “Global event” according to delegates. With support from many an event partner and other associates, CTL-BHP 2018 was truly a grand event that facilitated discussion, display, knowledge, suggestions on the way ahead, as well as networking.

The winners of the Lucky Draw organised for the delegates in the CTL-BHP 2018 conference were some of the leading head honchos and professionals from the cargo and logistics space, indicating the top quality of participation in the event. A Lucky Dip, sponsored by Babaji Shivram, was organised on the two days for expo visitors and saw enthusiastic response. A total of 6 prizes (3 on each day) were handed out, the big one being the Bumper Prize. The names of the winners and their prizes are as follows:
